About Using the Player

  6. 6. You can come back any time over the next 7 days and continue watching or re-watch the film.

  7. 7. To watch the film in High Definition, select the ‘HD’ button on the right side of the screen.  

  8. 8. To watch the film in full screen mode, select the ‘Full’ button on the right side of the screen.


Q: What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
A: We recommend selecting PayPal to pay with a credit card. You don't need a PayPal account to do so.


Q: I don’t have an account, so how do I log in to watch?

A: Click on the payment link to pay quickly and watch immediately. We will send you a unique user ID and password so you can watch anywhere the program is posted online, and from any computer. So if you purchase at work, but want to finish watching at home, just type the ID and password we sent you and you’ll be watching again.
 

Q: The viewer login Dynamo sent isn’t working.
A: The two most likely problems are either that your access to the program expired, or perhaps you tried to copy-and-paste the password, which needs to be typed in directly. If you continue to have problems, please email support@dynamoplayer.com.

A: We chose PayPal and Amazon as our first payment processors because they are the most secure and popular payment systems available for this sort of content delivery. We are working to put other solutions in place as well.

A: It’s easy to share anything you watch through Dynamo.
